My Mother'S Cocola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 c. granulated sugar
3 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. cola
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

In a large bowl, sift together first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and pour over dry ingredients the next 3 ingredients.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Beat batter until smooth, then fold in marshmallows.
Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread marshmallows around with spatula.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
