Marinated Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) small or sliced beets
    1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    3/4 to 1 c. Equal sugar or 18 to 24 packets
Preparation
    Combine beets with juice, vinegar and Equal in medium bowl. Cover lightly.
    Chill at least 8 hours.
