Ground Beef-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, finely chopped
salt, pepper and celery salt to taste
1 (5 oz.) pkg. large egg noodles
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato sauce
oregano to taste
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a skillet, cook ground chuck and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain.
Season with salt, pepper and celery salt, mixing well.
Return skillet to heat.
Add tomato sauce and oregano.
Reduce heat and let mixture simmer while noodles cook according to package directions.
Drain cooked noodles; stir into meat mixture.
Pour mixture into a greased shallow 10-inch casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese melts.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
