Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 clove garlic
    1/3 c. onion
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    1/2 lb. container sour cream
Preparation
    Boil water for noodles.
    Add bouillon cube.
    Brown beef in oil with onion and garlic.
    Add flour, salt, paprika and mushrooms; stir and cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup; stir in.
    Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
    Stir in sour cream before serving.
    Serves 6.
