Cauliflower Morroco - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushroom
    1 onion, chopped
    butter
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 large head cauliflowerets
    garlic, basil, salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked brown rice
    2 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon. Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic, basil, salt and peeper to taste.
    Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
