Potato Casserole With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 medium sweet Vidalia onion
    1 small can Durkee French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash.
    Add salt and pepper and cream cheese; beat.
    Add eggs, flour, parsley and onions; mix well.
    Put in 2-quart buttered dish.
    Sprinkle onion rings and bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
