Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 carrot
    1 celery stalk
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 medium onion
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 can Spam, diced
    1/3 c. butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Dice all vegetables.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Be careful with salt as Spam is salty.
    Cook for an hour or until potatoes are done.
