Meg'S Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. (large box) Jumbo Shells, uncooked
    24 oz. cottage cheese or 4 c. (2 lbs.) ricotta cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded mossarella cheese
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions, drain and cool. Mix cheeses, egg, parsley flakes, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. After mixing the ingredients, stuff into the cooled shells.
    Place stuffed shells in large baking dish and cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
