Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium pared and thinly sliced potatoes
    1 medium sliced onion
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. Arrange a layer of potatoes and some onion. Sprinkle with flour, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Continue layers. Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake covered for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
