Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chunk potatoes (can peel or leave skin on)
    melted butter
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dip each potato chunk in melted butter, then Parmesan cheese. Place in buttered pan.
    Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hour.
    Turn as potatoes brown. May also add bacon to cheese before coating.
