Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh cauliflower, cleaned and cut in bite-size pieces
    1 head lettuce, wash, drain and cut up
    3/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken up
    Hellmann's mayonnaise
    sprinkle of sugar
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer cauliflower, lettuce and bacon and cover with Hellmann's mayonnaise.
    Sprinkle with a little sugar.
    Leave covered overnight in refrigerator.
    Before eating, stir and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
