Apricot Mandarin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mandarin marmalade
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. apricot jam
    1 Tbsp. brandy and rum (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.
    Just before serving, warm sauce over hot water, stir in brandy and rum. Serve over ham or pork.
