Homemade Cornmeal Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Mix in bowl, beat with beater until smooth.
    Spoon 3 tbsp. batter onto a medium hot ungreased griddle.
    Turn tortillas when edges begin to look dry, not brown.
    Bake other side.
    Makes 12 tortillas or crepes.
