Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Minute rice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 egg yolk
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes over low heat.
    Stir frequently.
    Beat egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of milk and add slowly to hot rice.
    Stir fast and remove from heat.
