Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked coarsely chopped chicken
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 lb. seedless grapes (red or green)
1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. chopped unpeeled apples
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
Preparation
-
Mix gently.
Serve on lettuce leaf with garnish of other fruit, i.e. cantaloupe, strawberries, etc.
Or serve in 1/2 of cantaloupe in bed of lettuce.
Use your imagination.
