Favorite Rolls And Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 to 4 more c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Dissolve shortening, sugar and salt in scalded milk.
    Add 2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Add eggs; beat well.
    Then add yeast which has been dissolved in the warm water.
    Add to mixture and beat until well mixed.
    Then add 2 to 4 cups more flour or enough to make a firm batter.
    Knead until smooth.
    Put in bowl which has about 2 tablespoons oil.
    Turn and put in warm place until double in bulk.
    Shape into rolls, cinnamon rolls or loaf.
