Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine orange juice, sugar and cornstarch in a 2-quart casserole.
Stir in carrots and margarine.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
