Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. peanut butter chips
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 prepared crumb crust
    whipped topping
Preparation
    Blend pudding mix, sour cream and milk. Set aside.
    In double boiler, melt peanut butter chips and oil, stirring constantly.
    Or melt in microwave. Gradually add to pudding, blending well.
    Pour into crust. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped topping.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
