Basil Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1/3 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
    1/2 c. (4 oz.) crumbled Feta cheese
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried whole basil
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes, olives and cheese in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and shake. Pour dressing over tomato mixture, stirring gently.
    Cover; chill at least 4 hours.
    Serve over red lettuce leaves.
