Carrot And Pineapple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2/3 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, well drained
    1 c. coarsely shredded carrots
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1/3 c. slivered, toasted almonds
Preparation
    Blend together mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, onion, lemon juice, salt and sugar.
    Combine pineapple, carrots, cabbage and almonds in a large bowl.
    Add mayonnaise mixture; toss well.
    Chill.
    Makes 6 servings.
