Chicken Breast Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chicken breast (with no fat)
    1 small to medium onion, liquified in food processor
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chickpea flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, well cut up or 1 Tbsp. dried (optional)
    corn oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    While keeping hands moist with warm water, form small patties.
    Saute over medium heat in a skillet with corn oil.
