Reuben Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. rye bread crumbs
1/4 c. onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, flaked
4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation

Blend together the egg, milk, bread crumbs, onions, salt, pepper and mustard.
Add sauerkraut, ground beef and corned beef; mix well.
Place half of meat mixture into shell; sprinkle half the cheese on top.
Add rest of the meat mix and cheese to pie shell.
Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until crust is browned.
