Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. oil
    5 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix flour and sugar in large mixing bowl.
    Add oil and buttermilk; mix thoroughly.
    Add dissolved yeast to this mixture and mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    Pinch off amount needed.
    Knead with dry flour.
    Bake in greased pan at 450\u00b0.
    Store rest in refrigerator.
    Will last about a week.
