Pineapple Apricot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 pkg. mini marshmallows (7 oz. size)
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. butter
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1/4 c. finely grated cheese
1 large can apricots
Preparation

Drain pineapple and apricots; reserve 1 cup juice from each. Dissolve orange Jell-O in boiling water.
Add 1/2 cup each pineapple and apricot juice.
When cool, add pineapple and apricots and marshmallows.
Pour into 7 x 11-inch dish.
Jell until firm.
