Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. onion
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 head cauliflower, broken up
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and carrots with a little butter.
    Add the broth; boil.
    Add the cauliflower; cook until tender.
    Add milk and heat.
    Thicken with a paste made with 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons flour.
