Tomato Soup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. soda
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. citron (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
dash of allspice
dash of cloves
salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. currants
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. applesauce

Preparation

Then add 1 cup of something you like, such as raisins, dates, chopped nuts, etc. (She used 1 cup chunky applesauce with 1 cup of raisins.)
