Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    corn tortillas
    hot oil
    cheese, grated
    onion, chopped fine
    chili
Preparation
    Soften corn tortillas in heavy skillet with oil.
    Fill with cheese and finely chopped onion.
    Roll and place seam side down in casserole dish.
    Cover with chili; add more cheese.
    Heat and serve.
