Rice Milanese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine (I use light margarine)
    1 small finely chopped onion
    2 3/4 c. chicken broth (use 3 bouillon cubes)
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    Parmesan cheese (to sprinkle on top)
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onion in a large skillet.
    Add 1/2 cup chicken broth to the skillet.
    Add the 1 cup rice.
    Stir the rice mixture and when it thickens, add a little more broth. Continue slowly adding broth until it is all used up.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
