Chicken Artichoke Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chicken Rice-A-Roni
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts (save marinade)
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    about 2 c. cubed chicken or turkey (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare chicken Rice-A-Roni and let cool.
    Add black olives, celery, green onions, artichoke hearts and pimentos.
    Stir together the marinade from the artichokes and mayonnaise.
    Stir into other ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add chicken or turkey, if desired.
    Chill overnight.
