Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops with bone (thick cut)
Stove Top or homemade stuffing
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
salt
pepper
beef bouillon or chicken bouillon
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut a big slit in pork chop.
Fill with stuffing.
Place in glass pan.
Top pork chops with garlic powder, onion salt, salt, pepper and paprika.
Place in oven and lightly brown.
Make beef or chicken bouillon (or mixture of both) highly concentrated.
Pour over chops.
Keep basting.
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
