Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. oleo (2 sticks)
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Sift flour and sugar.
Combine oleo, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over flour and sugar.
Mix real good.
Add buttermilk, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs and soda; beat well.
Pour into greased and floured shallow 16 x 11-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
