Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Makes 2 small pies or one deep-dish pie. Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
