Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and hot water.
    Cut mandarin oranges into pieces.
    Stir oranges and pineapple into gelatin.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Put into mold; chill until firm.
