Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat cream cheese smooth with fork. Stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper and salt.
    Chill. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining 1 cup pecans.
    Chill again.
