Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
    nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except milk. Add milk last; pour into pastry shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve chilled.
