Texas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk with 1 Tbsp. vinegar in it

Preparation

Bring to boil the margarine, cocoa and water.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
Add the soda, eggs, vanilla and milk;
mix well.
Pour into a large 18 x 12 x 1-inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
