Banana Crush Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    4 c. sugar
    5 bananas
    2 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 large can pineapple
    2 liter 7-Up or ginger ale
Preparation
    Heat water and sugar until sugar dissolves.
    In a blender, process bananas, pineapple and juices until smooth.
    In a large container, mix the banana-pineapple mixture and the sugar water. Freeze.
    When ready to use, let thaw about 1 hour or more.
    Place in a punch bowl and add the 7-Up.
    Stir and break into large pieces to make a slush.
