Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. mayo or salad dressing
    1 pkg. taco mix
Preparation
    Peel, pit and mash avocados in a bowl; add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Add sour cream, mayo and taco mix.
    Spread two 10 1/2 ounce cans plain or jalapeno flavored bean dip or a large 13 ounce can of refried beans in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Top with mixture; sprinkle with 1 large bunch of chopped green onions (1 cup). Next, cover with sliced ripe olives, then 1 package (8 ounces) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated.
    Serve chilled or room temperature with round tortillas.
