Che-Cha - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 good size plum tomatoes
    2 handfuls fresh basil, chopped or 1 Tbsp. dried basil
    1 to 4 cloves garlic, minced (according to taste)
    4 oz. fat-free Mozzarella cheese, shredded *
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    16 oz. uncooked fusilli (corkscrew)
Preparation
    Blanch tomatoes 10 seconds.
    Then peel and chop.
    Mix tomatoes, basil, garlic and cheese with oil.
    Let stand in covered bowl at room temperature for at least 3 hours (the longer the better).
    Cook the fusilli according to package directions. Drain.
    Add tomato mixture to the pasta.
    Mix well.
    Serve warm. Serves 5.
