Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices bread
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. shrimp
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1-inch cubes or coarse crumbs.
    Combine bread cubes, melted butter, shrimp, salt and pepper and cheese.
    Beat eggs slightly and combine with milk.
    Pour over shrimp.
    Mix and stir well.
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Set in a pan of water and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until firm.
    Serve with parsley buttered potatoes and green peas.
