Bacon And Cheddar Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 pkg. thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. seasoned dry breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Drain and crumble bacon. Discard all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    Dip chicken first in egg, then in breadcrumbs to coat completely.
    Saute in hot bacon drippings 4 to 5 minutes over medium-high heat until golden brown on both sides.
    When nearly done, top with cheese.
    Cover about 30 seconds to melt cheese.
    Serve with crumbled bacon.
