Turkey-Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 can cooked Great Northern beans
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 can small peas
1 pkg. Knorr dried vegetable soup
Preparation

Spray a large pan with Pam.
Cook turkey until broken apart and browned.
Add all other ingredients, including some fluid from the canned vegetables to make a sauce.
Cover and simmer about 20 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
