Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rice
    1 c. mashed tomatoes
    1 slice garlic
    1/2 c. onion
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In one pot, you cook the rice.
    Whenever it is a little fried, you put the tomatoes, garlic, onion and salt in.
    Mix it up in a mixer.
    You have to add 3 cups of water and cover it up.
    Leave it to cook with a little bit of fire until it becomes dry.
    You can serve it with any kind of meat.
