Western Ranch Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken, cut up
    1 large can evaporated milk
    Bisquick
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can peach halves
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Dip cut up chicken in 1/2 cup undiluted milk. Roll in mixture of 1 cup Bisquick, salt, pepper and paprika. Melt the shortening in a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan in the oven. Add chicken, skin side down, and bake 50 to 60 minutes.
