Peppermint Stick Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 large fresh marshmallows
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 drops red color
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 drops peppermint extract
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. crushed peppermint candy or candy cane
    1 Oreo cookie crust
Preparation
    Heat marshmallows and milk in double boiler until melted. Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla, salt, extract and color.
    Put on ice until chilled.
    Beat heavy cream until stiff.
    Mix into cooled marshmallow mixture.
    Pour into Oreo crust.
    Put in freezer.
    Thaw before eating.
