Ingredients

4 Tbsp. melted butter
6 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
3/4 c. instant powdered milk
14 oz. coconut
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients.
Add the sugar and dry milk.
Add coconut.
Drop on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
Top with melted chocolate.
Refrigerate overnight.
