Frankfurter Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 onions (medium)
6 red peppers
6 green peppers
3 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. turmeric
1 small jar French's mustard
Preparation

Grind onions and peppers and drain.
Add sugar, vinegar, flour and turmeric and bring to a boil.
Add a small jar of mustard. Makes 4 1/2 quarts.
Put at once into clean, hot sterile jars; seal.
