Tried And True Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or round
    1 c. milk or tomato juice
    2 eggs
    4 slices bread (stale)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk.
    Add eggs, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Add meat and mix.
    Shape into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    The last 30 minutes I like to spread catsup over the top with pastry brush.
