Cinnamon Pound Cake(A No-Fail Pound Cake That Everyone Loves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (1/2 margarine)
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating well.
    Grease Bundt cake pan.
    Dust pan with mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon.
    Pour batter into pan in thirds, sprinkling each layer with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
