Luscious Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. margarine
4 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Sift together 2 cups flour and powdered sugar.
Cut in margarine until mixture clings, then press in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
Beat together eggs, sugar and lemon juice.
Sift together 1/4 cup flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture.
Pour over baked crust, then bake again for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
Refrigerate, then cut.
